8k8ph14 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "8k8ph14", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 8k8ph14 platform, a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming entity duly licensed to offer e-gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 8k8ph14 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, cashier, and all related services accessible at 8k8ph14.net and its subdomains.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8k8ph14 platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the 8k8ph14 registration process.
• "Funds" means any amount of Philippine Pesos (PHP) deposited into or credited to a Player's 8k8ph14 account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts awarded to a Player by 8k8ph14 under a specific promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using real money or Bonus Funds on the 8k8ph14 platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines under which 8k8ph14 holds its e-gaming licence.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures that 8k8ph14 is required to conduct in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money-laundering laws.
• "PST" means Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), which governs all time-sensitive provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8k8ph14 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the 8k8ph14 platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

8k8ph14 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that a person does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3, or where service would conflict with 8k8ph14's obligations under PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law.

To register and maintain an account on the 8k8ph14 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR e-gaming regulations applicable in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not accessing the 8k8ph14 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 8k8ph14 or PAGCOR.
• You have not previously had an 8k8ph14 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 8k8ph14 will use this information to verify your identity in accordance with its KYC obligations.

8k8ph14 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address dated within three months, and screenshots or statements confirming ownership of the GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account used for transactions.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) 8k8ph14 account. The existence of multiple accounts — whether identified through matching personal details, mobile numbers, GCash wallets, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k8ph14 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 8k8ph14 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your 8k8ph14 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 8k8ph14 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] so that your account can be secured promptly.

8k8ph14 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Prior to any such action, 8k8ph14 will notify the account holder at the email address registered on the account. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held for the period required under Philippine law before being remitted in accordance with applicable unclaimed funds regulations.

All transactions on the 8k8ph14 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 8k8ph14 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through the payment methods listed in the 8k8ph14 cashier at the time of your transaction, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 8k8ph14 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard Philippine banking processing hours and may take up to one (1) Philippine business day to be confirmed. 8k8ph14 does not impose fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 8k8ph14 within twenty-four (24) hours on Philippine business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The time for funds to appear in your designated e-wallet or bank account after processing will depend on your payment provider. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your 8k8ph14 account and that has been verified under KYC.

• Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the 8k8ph14 cashier and are subject to change at 8k8ph14's discretion.
• 8k8ph14 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request where it deems necessary for compliance purposes.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld if there is an open dispute, an ongoing investigation, or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with your account.
• 8k8ph14 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your verified 8k8ph14 account.

8k8ph14 may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, loyalty rewards, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 8k8ph14 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is met. The applicable multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates for each promotion are set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered through within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 8k8ph14 will not award bonuses to players who are self-excluded or who have active responsible gaming limits that conflict with the promotion conditions.

All games available on the 8k8ph14 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino titles, through real-time streamed dealing by human dealers. Game results are final once settled and will not be reversed except in the case of a verified technical error that materially affected the outcome of the game.

8k8ph14 makes no representation that any game will be available without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of specific games or the platform as a whole. 8k8ph14 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance windows to players in advance.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay:

• If a game round is interrupted before completion, the affected wager will generally be refunded to your 8k8ph14 account balance.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game state, 8k8ph14 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to your account.
• Any winnings arising from a manifest technical error or software fault will be considered void and will not be paid out.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before initiating wagers. 8k8ph14 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side, including those caused by mobile network fluctuations on Globe, Smart, or DITO in the Philippines.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k8ph14 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the 8k8ph14 platform for any purpose that violates Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or any other applicable legal or regulatory requirement.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or if you are otherwise ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Registering or operating more than one 8k8ph14 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access, interact with, or gain an advantage on the 8k8ph14 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker, bingo, or multiplayer game formats.
• Using the 8k8ph14 platform to launder money or process funds obtained through unlawful means, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and related Philippine legislation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deception in connection with any transaction or activity on the 8k8ph14 platform.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geolocation check, or access restriction implemented by 8k8ph14.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8k8ph14 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

In accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines, 8k8ph14 provides the following player protection tools, accessible from the responsible gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 8k8ph14 account.

All content on the 8k8ph14 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, software, audio, video, and the 8k8ph14 brand name itself — is the property of 8k8ph14 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8k8ph14 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 8k8ph14 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 8k8ph14 software or game engine.
• Use the 8k8ph14 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could suggest endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to 8k8ph14 regarding the platform may be used by 8k8ph14 without any obligation to compensate you. By submitting feedback, you assign all rights in that feedback to 8k8ph14.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8ph14 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 8k8ph14 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8k8ph14's total liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the platform shall, in any event, not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in your 8k8ph14 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

8k8ph14 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
• Any game result or sporting event outcome will meet your expectations or produce a financial return.
• The information and content on the platform is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 8k8ph14's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitations are prohibited under Philippine law.

You may close your 8k8ph14 account at any time by contacting 8k8ph14 support via live chat or email. Upon receiving a valid account closure request, 8k8ph14 will process any remaining verified cash balance (excluding non-qualifying Bonus Funds) to your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal procedures.

8k8ph14 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 8k8ph14 is required to do so under PAGCOR regulations or applicable Philippine law.
• 8k8ph14 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct in connection with your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 8k8ph14.
• Continuing to maintain your account would expose 8k8ph14 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure by 8k8ph14 for cause, any Bonus Funds, associated winnings, and funds that are reasonably determined to have arisen from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. 8k8ph14 will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and all applicable PAGCOR e-gaming regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 8k8ph14 support for good-faith resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree that you will not bring any claim against 8k8ph14 in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of the Philippines.

8k8ph14 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8k8ph14 will notify registered players by email to the address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the 8k8ph14 platform at the time of login. The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the updated document.

Your continued use of the 8k8ph14 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

8k8ph14 recommends that you review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a player on the 8k8ph14 platform.
